What You'll Do All Day.
You'll spend your day as the face of the company, ready to be the hero and assist our residents with any need. You'll answer phones, accept deliveries, open doors, greet residents and guests, provide or deny access to the building, work resident events, answer account questions, perform property walks , ensure common areas are tidy and more.
No two days will be the same!

You like being helpful, assisting others, meeting new people, and being genuinely kind. People who do best in this role have a talent for connecting with individuals and storytelling.
Previous experience in a job with high-demand customers and a little hustle (e.g., retail, restaurant, or hospitality) is beneficial, and with a minimum requirement of a high school diploma or equivalent.

When and Where We'll See You.
You'll be working at our flagship student property, Lucky Apartments. We're currently hiring for the first and second shifts.
As a part-time employee you will work 20-25 hours per week. We have shifts available Friday evenings, Saturdays usually 11 a.
m. -7 p.m. and Sunday mornings.
